They didnt have towels, and the front desk was horrible with bad service (there eere 2 dark haired men (one with short hair one with long hair), 1 woman, and french guy with short hair. The woman and french guy were very nice. The other two said things like "nope, dont have towels" and thats it. Or "this is a hotel not a hostel" when i told them there was no water. I hope their customer service comes back to them. It was a bit hot in the rooms, but it was okay for a hostel. They turned off the lights in the common room while we were all hanging out out at 12 midnight. It just sucked. I went to an aparthotel that was the same price near Chartreax, so its not even that cheap."

- "I’m not sure why there are bad reviews for this property. Especially since the price is budget friendly. The neighborhood is quiet with views of the mountains/hills. You have to have a key fob to get onto the property as the grounds are gated. The hostel is clean, and the staff is friendly.
