Designed and decorated in a chic and modern industrial design language, Jugaad is a budget accommodation providing clean, hygienic and well maintained facilities with top notch hospitality.

We are located on the 4th and 5th floor with lift, of the Jhandu Mansion building in Mohammadpur village. You exit the lift on the 3rd floor and enter the guest house through a security gate.

On the 4th floor we have 4 private rooms with attached bathrooms and balconies. 1 - 10 bed dorm with multiple attached bathrooms, a comfy common room with lounge seating and a common TV and the reception.

On the 5th floor we have a large rooftop garden with ample greenery, outdoor seating, swings and hammocks where you can relax and while away the evenings with panoramic views of the South Delhi skyline.

The urban village of Mohammadpur is a busy and crowded nook of South Delhi with shops, offices and apartments. There are multiple daily needs shops and stores right under the guest house for groceries and fresh fruit and veg.

Ample parking right under the building on a first come first serve basis.

We are the perfect location to explore the city and enjoy its many experiences.

~ Note: Mohammadpur is a busy and crowded urban village and it is not a posh South Delhi colony. The last 200 meters of the approach will be through a crowded and busy road and the building entrance is also in a busy alley. Once you enter Jugaad, it is a totally different space and experience.

Driving: We are behind Bhikaji Cama place & Hyatt hotel in Mohammadpur village, RK Puram on the inner ring road.

Metro: 10mins walking from the Bhikaji Cama station on the pink line of the Delhi metro.

Airport: T1D is 8.5kms or 20-30mins driving and T2 and T3 are about 14kms or 30-40mins driving.

Railway stations: Hazrat Nizamuddin and Old Delhi Railway stations are also in about 30-45mins driving distance.

We have a large parking lot (250-300cars) in front of the guest house and it is first come first serve basis. There is no dedicated parking for guests.

If you are coming after 8PM or in the morning before 8AM parking will not be an issue, but in the day sometimes the parking gets full.

We have a gym in the basement of our building. First use is free, then Rs 100/use and monthly membership is Rs 1500.

1. Food

Meals are not included.

Breakfast is chargeable @ Rs 200/person for Eggs to order with toast or Paranthas with pickle and yogurt and Tea or Coffee. Please let the staff know if you are going to have breakfast.

We have a kitchen that is open for guest use, but you have to buy your own ingredients. Please do not ask the housekeeping staff to buy it for you. There are shops and stores right under the property, where you can find everything.

Swiggy and Zomato also deliver food from all over the city.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 10:00. Please stick to the timings, late check out and early check in is subject to charge.

3. Photo IDs

Valid photo IDs are required at check in with address, for all guests. Check in will not be allowed without photo IDs.

For international guests we need a valid visa and passport.

We do not accept Delhi NCR IDs and do not allow check-in to residents of Delhi NCR either.

4. WIFI

We have high speed wifi available at the property.

5. Pets

Dogs and other pets are welcome(cats not allowed).

Pets are NOT allowed in the beds or on the furniture. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and are required to clean after their pets.

Dogs & pets need to be on a leash or in their box at all times when they are outside the room or in the common areas.

Please bring their food, bedding and feeding bowls. Food for dogs is chargeable at cost @Rs 150/meal.

We don't have any pets living at the property permanently.

6. No Smoking

Rooms, bathrooms, common room, gallery and stairs are strictly non smoking. You can use the balconies and the rooftop smoking area. Smocking inside will lead to heavy fines.

7. Non Residents

Non resident people are not allowed in the guest house at any time. Only people who are checked with photo IDs are allowed to enter.

8. Noise and Disturbance

We do not allow any noise or loud music after 10:00PM. You are welcome to have a great stay and enjoy your time with us, but please be respectful of other and their space also.

9. Be kind

Please be kind and considerate of the other guests and staff. The staff is doing the best job that they can, but if something is a miss, please them or let us know and we will fix it the best way we can.

- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- Our standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs from Delhi and NCR constituent areas shall be accepted at the time of check-in due to restrictions imposed by the local authorities.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
