The front desk staff speak English and Spanish. My stay included breakfast and it was well worth the additional fee. I also ate in the attached restaurant one evening and the portion was enormous and the food was delicious. There was a rooftop balcony that works well if you are a remote worker or just want to relax and meet fellow travelers at the end of the day. The rooftop balcony is spacious, spotlessly, clean, and has lovely views of the city."

The room was exceptional; great size, clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The shower had hot water and there was a heater for when the temperature dropped at night. The location was perfect: a five minute walk to the main square where all of the walking tours seemed to start and a 2 minute walk to the funicular to get up to the viewpoints and nice restaurants.
