- "Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. We had problems charging bills to the room and again the staff were rude and not very helpful. On check out I was told that I couldn't use a foreign debit card to pay the bill to pay in US dollars to not pay tax (as a foreign tourist). This is only possible using a credit card something that they should make clear at the time of booking."

We are a very well located boutique hotel in the city of Viña del Mar, from here you are steps away from the center of Viña and very close to tourist places and events such as the Casino, the Quinta Vergara, Av. San Martín, beaches and public transport if you want to get to Valparaíso or Reñaca.
