Front desk staff friendly and helpful. It was tricky to find (google maps didn't quite get us there and we had to ask pedestrians), valet parking. Internet connection was good when it worked, but it kept dropping out. In any case, this is THE place to stay in Santiago de Compostella, and I would stay there again."
