Saying that, as soon as I realised this and contacted the hotel there was a staff member on hand within minutes who assisted us with the luggage. I you arrive by boat as a foot passenger directly to Puerto Galera and they are expecting you then staff will be their to assist likewise, I believe they can also meet you at Manila airport and escort you all the way to their hotel. Apart from this, an excellent hotel with a 'Flinstones' feel with regards to the décor. Excellent and friendly staff, always there to help. We didn't go there to dive but from what I saw they have a very efficient dive 'school' with excellent facilities and knowledgeable staff/instructors. All in all, one of the best, if not the best, hotels in Puerto Galera."
