I would recommend that anyone with reduced mobility or with lots of luggage should contact the hotel when booking as the entrance is down a steep, very narrow road that taxis cannot enter, so have to stop outside the cathedral about 50 meters away. Car parking can be booked, at a small cost, through the hotel at a private and secure car park approximately 200 metres from the hotel. The staff were friendly and couldn't have done more to help. Plenty of lovely toiletries and a very comfortable bed. We slept well! Importantly, the room also had fantastic air con and when it’s 34C outside it was a welcome sanctuary. Underneath the hotel are beautiful thermal spa baths with a steam room. This was included in our stay and we were served the most delicious tea and biscuits (gluten free was also provided). We cannot praise this hotel and its staff strongly enough. If you are coming to Toledo, stay in this hotel, you won’t regret it :)"
