The receptionist implied that I was lying about the damage to shirts and I had to try them all in the middle of the reception to proof my good faith! This was a very humiliating moment and ruined completely our stay. We asked to see the manager but the trainee receptionist told us that she was “not available” although the manager was giving her instructions on the phone. After asking for a discount on the price as agreed at the beginning of our stay they refused. We understood that the manager gave instructions to the receptionist to call the pol"

The room was well furnished with a kettle, a coffee maker, robes and plenty of storage space. Our terrace had two chairs and a lovely view over the town and the hills in the distance. Bath had a monsoon shower over it and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was extra but was of a very high quality with a huge choice of breads, meats, cheese, salads as well as hot food. We didn't use the spa, too busy sightseeing. All in all a superb stay and value for money too. I would recommend that anyone with reduced mobility or with lots of luggage should contact the hotel when booking as the entrance is down a steep, very narrow road that taxis cannot enter, so have to stop outside the cathedral about 50 meters away. Close enough to be in the main town within a few minutes but far enough from the crowds. The room was clean and comfortable with good A\C. Breakfast was well organised on a timetable. A good selection of fruit, cereal, savoury options (bread / cheese / cold meat / Spanish omelette) and pastries. There was as much fruit juice and coffee as you could drink. Car parking can be booked, at a small cost, through the hotel at a private and secure car park approximately 200 metres from the hotel. The staff were friendly and couldn't have done more to help. I would happily stay here again."

In the living room we have a very comfortable 150*190 sofa/bed, coffee table and a 50-inch TV. In the dining room we have a beautiful wooden dining room table with eight seats. The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the appliances you need in order to make you feel at home. We also provide a five-stage water filtration system giving you unlimited drinking water (no more running to the supermarket to buy heavy bottles of water).
