The receptionist implied that I was lying about the damage to shirts and I had to try them all in the middle of the reception to proof my good faith! This was a very humiliating moment and ruined completely our stay. We asked to see the manager but the trainee receptionist told us that she was “not available” although the manager was giving her instructions on the phone. After asking for a discount on the price as agreed at the beginning of our stay they refused. We understood that the manager gave instructions to the receptionist to call the pol"
