- "My wife and I came for our honeymoon. We were immediately greeted, by name, with a cold towel (it's hot there) and a glass of champagne at the hotel entrance. From that point forward, everything from service to food quality was exceptional. Staff is extremely friendly and always asking to make sure that all accommodations are satisfactory. I am not sure how busy the resort actually was, but it did not give off the appearance of being extremely busy - we never had issues finding pool or beach chairs. We even experienced a tropical storm (even though it veered away a bit) while we were there, and the staff provided us with "care packages" to take back to our rooms with enough food and drink for breakfast and lunch the following day. The staff truly makes noticeable effort to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We were sad to go and would love to come back. We found the nature and atmosphere of this resort to be perfect for a honeymoon, though we did see several families. The only way I would not recommend this hotel is if you are looking to party like a rockstar every night."

Lastly, the island is so welcoming, friendly and happy. - "Siboney Resort has remodel very nice and comfortable rooms, located right on the beach between a quite walk to the South or the beach vibe of the North! Customer Service (and all staff) very friendly and helpful at all times. A lot of activities go right from beach area (like Captain Nash, a private Captain who can take you for a water tour) plus snorkeling etc. There’s refrigerator in room and a grocery store within a couple mile! Great place! I have visited now more than once!"

- "Great resort with good food and drinks. It’s very laid back and relaxing ! One of the most relaxing trips I’ve ever had. The beaches are gorgeous and parking is good if you decide to rent a car which I suggest if you want to explore the island. - "Very nice resort, beach is lovely and. The views are great. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the staff down at the Drift bar. Marvelous and Delvin were both amazing. He offered me and my guest a beverage and a cool towel since it was very hot outside. We were then given a tour of the grounds by Javid and Jamar and then quickly taken to our rooms, allowing us to unwind and relax. Throughout our stay, both Javid and Jamar were very helpful even assisting us with excursions off the property. The property itself was very lovely. Clean and beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for a better ocean front resort. The beds were comfortable and once I figured out how to get the shower water to a hot temperature, I was at ease. We never had to ask them to clean our space or ask for extra towels. The room was always well equipped with what we needed. I cannot forget to mention that upon our arrival to the room, they had fresh fruits and brownies waiting for us. The beach was beautiful and we had no issues with seaweed. Access to Prickly Pear was a bonus and I cannot put into words how beautiful the scenery was. Jean-Marie was a dear! She set up travel arrangements for Barbuda. She made sure we had a taxi to and from. Anything that we needed, she made happen and it never seemed like we were asking for too much. Tanika, Anastasia, and Tango were also amazing at the bar! Drinks were strong and delicious and the food even better. The pools, the spa… Omg the spa! Everything was amazing! Please do not hesitate to book here. You won’t regret it."

- "Wonderful place! " - "Outstanding " - "One of the biggest draws to this property is there are no children. It is couples only. Therefore, peace and calm surround you. Of course, you will have to put up with the screaming children on the plane ride to and from the island unless you fly private. Also, for boat charters, this is a convenient location. For both of these reasons, this resort beats Jumby Bay. Jumby Bay actually tries to attract families with childrens' programs and, boats won't go all the way to Jumby Bay for charters because its just too far. We never expect the worlds best service in the Caribbean. Let's face it, it's the Caribbean, not Europe. But, we were surprised at this resort at the real desire to please, which we seldom encounter in the Caribbean. Of course, there were minor incidents like bringing items at meals that were not ordered instead of ordered items, then getting 3 different stories about why. Room bars are restocked daily with everything you request: you fill out a request sheet every morning at breakfast asking for liquors, juices, etc to be put into your fridge that day. Facilities were beautiful. The beach and restaurant were never crowded, even at full resort capacity. There were always available beach beds and umbrellas: no mad rush at 7am to get a place on the beach like at many of the rat race resorts. If you want privacy get a hillside bungalow."

It’s a step back in time, the House is set in its own grounds that was once a sugar plantation and well away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. All the staff were so efficient and helpful and went out of their way to provide an excellent service. We stayed in one of the Garden Cottages, it was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a lovely cool veranda, complete with hammock. We had a wonderful massage & a excellent yoga class during our stay. Really can’t recommend The Great House highly enough - particularly if you’re looking for something a little less “run of the mill”"

Our Budget Single rooms offer clean and comfortable private accommodation at the lowest cost. Like all of our rooms, they have their own private shower and wash basin. These rooms are our smallest rooms and are on the interior of our building with a window to the hallway. They are recommended for single travelers but would hold a couple in a pinch.

All rooms enjoy access to the large water view balcony overlooking Falmouth Harbour. This large and comfortable spaces features both a lounge and a communal guest kitchen.

Located in English Harbour, just above the Antigua Yacht Club with views of Superyachts anchored in Falmouth Harbour, this King-size bed with mosquito net and curtained privacy is the best of four open-air beds on the verandah of Pineapple House. Ideal for solo adventurers, this attractively appointed pad is close to nightlife, public transport, Pigeon beach, and Nelson's Dockyard. You’ll love Pineapple House, because of the views, West Indian architecture, gardens, and friendly personnel.

The space
Delila is a King-size bed with mosquito net, located in a private alcove on the main house of Pineapple House with stunning view of Falmouth Harbour. A thick curtain separates it from three additional Queen beds on the verandah, making it our most private bed. Because it's in an alcove and because it has curtained privacy in addition to a sheer mosquito net, we recommend it to couples, although it does share space with other guests. It shares a bathroom with cold-water shower with other guests. There are several additional showers as well. A nearby kitchen is communal, and guests use it for cooking often....

Guests staying in Delila should be aware that these are outside beds, where mosquitos may have some intrusion; rain can fall on the beds in a northerly; water is a precious commodity on the island; please use it sparingly. Guests are expected to bring their own booze, ice, and food to the bar; the kitchen is communal... Guests need to be aware that the party does not stop for sleepers; the main house at Pineapple House is a social place.

Delila and Pineapple House are open from late October to May annually.

Guest access
Guests have access to the main house, Gazebo, the outside shower, and the many paths on the property. In addition to the four Queen beds in the main house, whose names are Delila's, Windward Rail, Boom, and Garden Bed, the property has five fully-private guest houses for couples with private kitchens, bathrooms, and sitting rooms, known as Bird House, Cleopatra, Frangipani, Hibiscus, and Rum Jungle. Additional individual beds are available for rent in the crew house, which we call Pineapple House. The Annex and Hut are ideal for couples wanting a little more privacy, yet willing to share a bathroom with guests in the crew house/Pineapple House.

Other things to note
There is no TV or air conditioning at Pineapple House; guests are invited for sundowners at the main house each evening. All the cottages are open to the wind, and mosquitos do make their way in. Each bed has a mosquito net and a fan, and there is a Mosquito Magnet in the yard, which we rebait every three weeks. With the exception of Bird House and Cleopatras, there is no hot water at Pineapple House; guests are asked to use water sparingly, as water is scarce on the island. Pineapple House has wonderful ocean views, but there are lots of stairs. Because each cottage has just one double bed, Pineapple House caters primarily to couples; dormitory-style beds are available in the main house for crew off the yachts. Internet is available in the main house and gazebo only; we welcome guests to use the service in the main house. We are open from October to May.

Hibiscus is a private, one bedroom guest house with living room, kitchen and bathroom, located on a hillside overlooking the Antigua Yacht Club Marina and Falmouth Harbour. It is in a trendy neighborhood that is safe and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, grocery shops, bank, Nelson's Dockyard, and of course our favorite....Pigeon Point Beach.

Meandering paths connect seven private guest cottages on the property, known collectively as The Pineapple House. Guests are welcome to join an informal cocktail hour with other guests and friends in the main house each night, or you are welcome to remain in your own house with living room, bedroom and kitchen.

Restaurants in the area offer everything from local to French, English, and Italian fare.... All are within walking distance of the Pineapple House, a gated community with code at the front gate.

Most of all, the view is stunning from the cottage with luxury yachts anchored on the docks below and of all of Falmouth Harbour, Monks Hill, and Sugarloaf Mountain. At different times of the year, the view changes, as Super Yachts are swapped out for racing yachts, depending upon what functions are going on ashore. The Antigua Yacht Club hosts regattas throughout the year and is located literally 3 minutes from our front gate!

The king size bed has a mosquito net, reading light and fan. We catch our rain water from gutters, so please use water sparingly. The houses are open to the air and offer a tropical, Caribbean style setting, where yellow and black birds fly through the house and visit while you are having breakfast....They may hop impatiently while you finish your fruit. We put sugar out to entice them further...and waters baths.

There is free Wifi in the room and all over the hillside and main house. Our friendly staff will clean your room once or twice weekly. We are like family, small and quaint.

Hibiscus is less expensive than Bird House and Cleopatra, because it is smaller and is located under Cleopatra, but it is more expensive than Frangipani and Rum Jungle, because the view is better, and it has a private kitchen with fridge, stove, sink, etc. It does not have as many steps as Bird House, and while it has a great view, the view is not as good as at Cleopatra, which is located above it with hot water shower. Hibiscus has a sun-warmed shower.

Pineapple House is a great place to catch up on reading and writing. People who stay here meet people, both within and without the compound, as Pineapple House caters to the crew off the yachts, who take time off between charters to stay here, and we also receive business from AirBNB. During regattas, sailors off the racing yachts prefer to stay at Pineapple House.

The neighborhood offers a plethora of restaurants, music clubs, grocery stores, and interesting things to do, all within short walking distance. Pigeon Beach is a five minute walk. English Harbour offers a safe, trendy neighborhood, where excellent Italian and French restaurants are within walking distance. Antigua is known for its beautiful, white sandy beaches, stunning scenery, history, sailing, and friendly people.

Please feel free to walk around the gardens and join us in the main house for sundowners at sunset.... There’s a lounge in the main house, where you can surf the web (if not in your private cottage), and the little gazebo next to the main house gets good internet reception as well, although the light has to be on for the electric outlet to work. Though we prefer not to do guest laundry, due to water scarcity, we do have laundry facilities on property for a small fee. The garden is for everybody to enjoy with guava trees, mango trees, banana trees, and lots of tropical flowers.

Other things to note
There is no TV or air conditioning at Pineapple House.
Guests are invited for sundowners at the main house each evening.
All the cottages are open to the wind, and mosquitos do make their way in. Each bed has a mosquito net and a fan, and there is a Mosquito Magnet in the yard, which we rebait every three weeks.
Guests are asked to use water sparingly, as water is scarce on the island
Pineapple House has wonderful ocean views, but there are lots of stairs.
Pineapple House caters primarily to couples; dormitory-style beds are available in the main house, most oftenn sold to crew off the yachts.
Internet is available in the main house and gazebo only; we welcome guests to use internet service in the main house.
We are open from October to May.
