- "This was the first time to stay at Sandals resort but it was simply great holiday. Our room was in Caribbean pool side Delux room but unfortunately we were annoyed with the noise from generators. A lady in the reception kindly sorted out and re arranged to a seaside cottage room which was quieter and easy access to the beach. Beach was fantastic with clear and calm water. I enjoyed snorkelling every day so special thanks to water sports department guys. There were a lot of dining options and we enjoyed most of meal. - "We stayed at the Hammock Cove for our honeymoon last week. My Husband and I truly loved every second of the resort. It was extremely peaceful and beautiful and clean! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful to our needs. We were assigned 2 Ambassadors Rayon & Jahvawn, both were great and helped us with whatever we needed. We only had 1 instance where we did not receive room service due to our ambassadors not yet being there. lt was understandable and we still enjoyed our stay. The food was phenomenal, they have 3 restaurants. 1 was Irina's Bistro where you could dine in for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were a bit confused on in person dining times & were told we were late a few times, but not a big deal as we were still served & well fed. This restaurant where the room service/snacks are ordered from. The 2nd was Sir Rob's which was a new steak house. This was reservation only and we dined there twice and enjoyed every delicious meal. The 3rd was a fancier restaurant also reservation only, the Light House. This was an absolutely fantastic 7 course dinner. We were told the menu changes daily, so no meal is ever the same. The staff that is normally around the pool/beach for food/ drinks were always gone by around 3:45. Which is not an issue, but something to keep in mind as if you go too late you'll just have to get drinks at the bar yourself and or order to the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hammock cove & will definitely be returning soon."

- "My wife and I came for our honeymoon. We were immediately greeted, by name, with a cold towel (it's hot there) and a glass of champagne at the hotel entrance. From that point forward, everything from service to food quality was exceptional. Staff is extremely friendly and always asking to make sure that all accommodations are satisfactory. I am not sure how busy the resort actually was, but it did not give off the appearance of being extremely busy - we never had issues finding pool or beach chairs. We even experienced a tropical storm (even though it veered away a bit) while we were there, and the staff provided us with "care packages" to take back to our rooms with enough food and drink for breakfast and lunch the following day. The staff truly makes noticeable effort to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We were sad to go and would love to come back. We found the nature and atmosphere of this resort to be perfect for a honeymoon, though we did see several families. The only way I would not recommend this hotel is if you are looking to party like a rockstar every night."

He offered me and my guest a beverage and a cool towel since it was very hot outside. We were then given a tour of the grounds by Javid and Jamar and then quickly taken to our rooms, allowing us to unwind and relax. Throughout our stay, both Javid and Jamar were very helpful even assisting us with excursions off the property. The property itself was very lovely. Clean and beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for a better ocean front resort. The beds were comfortable and once I figured out how to get the shower water to a hot temperature, I was at ease. We never had to ask them to clean our space or ask for extra towels. The room was always well equipped with what we needed. I cannot forget to mention that upon our arrival to the room, they had fresh fruits and brownies waiting for us. The beach was beautiful and we had no issues with seaweed. Access to Prickly Pear was a bonus and I cannot put into words how beautiful the scenery was. Jean-Marie was a dear! She set up travel arrangements for Barbuda. She made sure we had a taxi to and from. Anything that we needed, she made happen and it never seemed like we were asking for too much. Tanika, Anastasia, and Tango were also amazing at the bar! Drinks were strong and delicious and the food even better. The pools, the spa… Omg the spa! Everything was amazing! Please do not hesitate to book here. You won’t regret it."

- "Wonderful place! " - "Outstanding " - "One of the biggest draws to this property is there are no children. It is couples only. Therefore, peace and calm surround you. Of course, you will have to put up with the screaming children on the plane ride to and from the island unless you fly private. Also, for boat charters, this is a convenient location. For both of these reasons, this resort beats Jumby Bay. Jumby Bay actually tries to attract families with childrens' programs and, boats won't go all the way to Jumby Bay for charters because its just too far. We never expect the worlds best service in the Caribbean. Let's face it, it's the Caribbean, not Europe. But, we were surprised at this resort at the real desire to please, which we seldom encounter in the Caribbean. Of course, there were minor incidents like bringing items at meals that were not ordered instead of ordered items, then getting 3 different stories about why. Room bars are restocked daily with everything you request: you fill out a request sheet every morning at breakfast asking for liquors, juices, etc to be put into your fridge that day. Facilities were beautiful. The beach and restaurant were never crowded, even at full resort capacity. There were always available beach beds and umbrellas: no mad rush at 7am to get a place on the beach like at many of the rat race resorts. If you want privacy get a hillside bungalow."

We weren’t able to swim in the pool on our last day there because the pool was not clean. - leading up to my stay there was some confusion with my reservation because I was told that the property switched ownership. The new owners were expecting me to cancel and rebook by reservation which I was not comfortable with. In the end they worked things out and there end and I had an enjoyable stay. The back and forth was very stressful since it was literally a few days before my arrival. Note/ the unit does come with wash rags (only towels). If you use wash rags/towels for showering, consider bringing your own. "
