- "Good" - "Typical East German hotel. Updated slightly. Good for one night, no problems. Free parking. If walking, far from downtown as there is no restaurant for evening dining. Only for breakfast, which I did not have. Front desk very helpful and also let me use iron to press my suit!" - "Arrived very tired and looking forward to go to my room to relax and rest. However, at Check in, I was treated very rudely by the lady at the desk. Told me my breakfast was not included although I had payed for that in advance. Also, said Wi-Fi was not working which was extremely important for my husband's work. I know these things can happen, but treating the customer with ZERO respect is just unacceptable. Glad that I will never be back to this "hotel"."
