Kitchen opened earlier for us one day as we had to leave early for a competition. The food was fabulous, so much so, we didn't go out to eat anywhere else, despite a good selection of local restaurants. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen. The room was a good size, comfy and stylish with a bare stone wall behind the bed. Lots of little extra touches, like water bottles in the room. Shower was spacious and very nice pressure. The local area is stunning and the castle alone is worth a trip to the area. Wifi was good. Perfect place to relax and recharge. We will be back."

- "This hotel is a small family business. It has a lot of charm and I enjoyed my stay. If you are expecting something brand new you'll be disappointed, but everything is clean and hosts are very friendly! Breakfast could be better restocked though, when we were there they ran out of things on the breakfast buffet and noone was around to restock. Also beware - the hotel does not have an elevator, at least not one that we saw. "
