The E17.00 breakfast is average - I’d suggest getting something at the nearby bakery and having breakfast on a bench by the river. So, overall it’s ok but probably a little past it’s best. The bathroom floor was disgusting, the toilet did not work and had to flush twice, the plastic disposable cups were obviously used and never refreshed with clean ones. No Kleenex and trash can that did not work. No hangers but pant hangers. Bathroom floor was disgusting. The little bottle of bath soap (1) was already used and 1/4 full. Two flights of steps and when I asked the guy at the front desk to assist, he refused! This was clearly NOT even a three star hotel and more like a one star hotel. Worse than that it is being advertised as Le Roosevelt when in fact it is Le Val Hilaire. What is most disappointing is that I have not heard back from Hotels.com and I was overcharged for the local tax! I was not going to argue with anything at this point and left. Pics of the little, outdated dryer that would take 3 hours to dry my hair and I have short hair! The reception was also disgusting and dirty. The guy was nice but not helpful. "
