His suggestions for lunch and dinner restaurants/cafes were top notch. They really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was served every day on time in your room as requested. The room we had was larger than most you see in Italy and was recently updated with historic features. Crisp and clean. The new pool area is a plus.
