The western food at the restaurant was good, we had the lobster special. The local food wasnt up to our expectation. Could do better. The waiters need to be better trained as some of them didnt seem to know what was available or not. Eg. We wanted freshly brewed coffee and tea, but was told it was not available. - "The ambiance was amazing. The room was amazing. the view was amazing. However, we had difficulty with food, as Malay food is not for everyone. We it's manageable. As there are no good food options nearby, there is no taxi service like Grab. but the hotel can call a taxi for you which is usually a bit expensive. Food in the resort is extremely expensive. Other food options are pretty far, maybe 6 to 7km. The next thing I would say, is the toilets need hand bidets, these auto bidets are of no use. and waste a lot of water. The staff is extremely polite and very attentive. I loved the vibe of the resort and stay."

- "The ambience was good, things happening at the lobby area and yet quiet at the apartment area. The staffs were polite and attended to your requests fast. I can see updates of some of the furniture in the apartment. We are also very happy to have engaged the transport service by the concierge, friendly, punctual, safe and clean vehicle. Just a suggestion, although it is generally clean -from bed to floor and toilet, however a little more attention to the dust in the apartment will be good. Also, it is a little disappointing that some of the activities listed by the resort is no longer available."
