When we left our bags, Darren gave us an introduction of the property and informed us that we were upgraded - lucky us! We were also given water while were waited for the shuttle bus. The hotel provides a shuttle service around the area and to Xinbeitou and Beitou stations, it was super convenient. Not to mention, if you speak Mandarin, the porter/driver gave us great food recommendations for Beitou! The room was clean and comfortable with its own hot spring tub. We wish we had more time here!"
