- "The hotel is well decorated. The staff are all very friendly. There seem to be only 10 guest rooms on each floor. As a result, the hotel feels quiet and you don't need to wait long for the elevator. The guest room is VERY spacious, with a large sitting area and a dedicated working desk. The bathroom is spacious with double sinks. Before arriving in this hotel, I have been traveling in Japan and Korea, where the hotel rooms at similar prices were all much smaller in terms of guest room space. The carpet in the guest room probably should be retired. Though this does not prevent me from giving the overall rating 5/5. The guest laundry probably is a part not matching a 5-star hotel. The washer and dryer are put in the stairwell. They really should have been put on a stand. Now people need to crouch down or kneel down to put in and take out clothes. The washer is a good size but the washer is tiny. It takes 2.5 hours to dry a small load. Since the washer and dryer are only supposed to be used between 9am and 9pm, such a long cycle is not convenient. But at least there are self-operated washer & dryer available and they are free to use. The hotel even provides free laundry detergent. "
