- "We stayed 2 nights at the property with our 1 year old. From the moment we stepped out of the car we received near perfect service. The staff from the reception, restaurant to the club lounge were always attentive, accommodating to our needs an made sure we were comfortable at all times. The room was also clean and very comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I want to make special mention of a few staff members that made our stay an especially happy one - Dharini from the front desk checked us in and suggested an upgrade to the club floor. She personally escorted us to the rooms so we can view them and choose and we ended up opting for the upgrade which we do not regret. She was always there to help us and even organized food for our child when we arrived. We were also served by Shikha at the Horizon Lounge who catered for our every need including providing kid friendly options during cocktail hour. Ravichandra from the housekeeping department also made sure our room was always comfortable and fully stocked. He even helped bring our bags down himself when he could have called for the porter - this is GOOD service! Very rarely do I write positive reviews but our stay at the hotel has convinced us to visit Bangalore just for the hotel. We will be sure to be back very soon. Thank you to your amazing staff!"
