Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. I got to know because superiors rooms are in different building and they alotted me room in the deluxe room building. When asked staff had no answer to it 3. Room conditions were average, untidy furniture, fused bulbs and dirty linen. 4. No complementary dinner or anything even after they downgraded and agreed to give some complementary stuff as they cannot refund the difference amount. 5. Breakfast was average and again staff was inexperienced or rude most of the time. 6. Slow Room service, had to wait 30+ mins to get water.
