Fair warning - the hotel was not able to get the payment from Hotels.com, and had not even heard of the company before. I spent about an hour on the phone with Hotels.com via skype to help them get payment info to the hotel. Also, some rooms do not get wifi access. You may need to insist to be moved to one that does."
