A few things I need to mention are that when someone lighted a cigarette in a smoking room, we could sense it because the smoke would come through the ventilation system. The pillows were not comfy for our taste and we asked for thinner pillows and typically, you would expect alternatives from a 5-star hotel, turns out they didn’t have. Apparently, they took the pandemic time to renovate and refresh. They need some time to fully operate, some services are limited still (restaurant is bot fully open, internet is slow) but they deserve way better reviews than those a few years ago. Small but in good condition would have been okay. The good thing was that there was plenty of hot water and it is centrally located, although do not try to drive to the hotel, park at the mall or the museum and walk in.
