Upon entering our room we noticed that the bedspread was old and somewhat dirty, but this was quickly changed after complaining to reception. The spa was not functioning and the pool area was a disgrace, with broken furniture. They also expected guests to pay to use the pool. Breakfast in the morning was superb and restaurant staff was polite and cheerful. "

But the air conditioning did not work well for some reason in our room even when we dropped the setpoint down to 18°C). It became unbearably hot (27°C) in our room.
