- "The minute I walked onto the building the staff were very friendly, Gabriela (I hope that was her name) was patient with me as I used google translate to communicate. She even used the english she knew to help me as well. The facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant staff were also very kind, Jardel was willing to use google translator to communicate with me. I asked to try tapioca for breakfast and Daniel made me a sweet and savory option without me asking just so I could try both, so nice! I felt very safe and taken care of. They even let me store my bag for a couple hours so I could wait by the pool till my next hotel check in. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard, but that is just me bejng picky. So go stay! Its great! "

But they double booked the same room and we paid more and got the cheapest room available, I asked for a refund for the difference in price for the room but was denied was offered to cancel my booking or stay in the room, they did offer another room but not the one we paid for. They claimed the information about which room we paid for wasn't available to them, but later they agreed it was a mistake. But never refunded the difference which would be £17. We only got the room we booked on the 2nd and last day of our stay. "

- "In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. Breakfast was decent, positive thing is the tea time service from 4to 6pm for free that was very nice to have. The staff was not the happiest guys in the world, sometimes I was not sure if I was bothering them asking for doubts or asking some recommendations. General terms is Good. Location is very convenient very close to the beach Praia do Forte and the neighborhood of Passagem."

Breakfast selection was great too though would run out of certain items if you didn’t get there early enough. Could also do with some less sugary options such a regular yogurt.
