The last night, we had to go to bed without having dinner because we ordered room service and they said that food would arrive in 15mins. One hour passed and I called to see the status of our order and the person said that he couldn’t comply with out order because he couldn’t prepare the food because the kitchen was getting maintenance. If I hadn’t called no one would have let us know. It was a time to relax and enjoy as a couple in a luxury resort but it felt more like a resort that is about to close or go bankrupt. So sad to see such a beautiful place give their clients that poor customer service. "

There are no screens on windows and even though the weather was hot, we had to sleep with windows closed to avoid insects. That made the night a little uncomfortable. The staff informed us that all cabins were getting air conditioning in the next week or so. We enjoyed the game room with ping pong and pool. Breakfast was excellent. Trails were nice for walking and hiking up the mountain. We certainly would return and recommend to friends and family."
