- "The walls were very thin and vents connected to neighbors, so everything could be heard from neighboring apartments. Multiple guys who didn't look like they were even staying at the property were outside being very loud until late at night. The bed was so soft it felt like I was sinking to the floor and the sofa and chairs in the apartment were extremely uncomfortable. There was a cockroach in the shower and water on the bathroom floor at check-in. The kitchen had very minimal cookware to make anything and the condiments they say they give you are only one or two tiny packs (like a pack of sugar you get with a cup of take-out coffee). The pool was tiny and unclean. The host was not around during advertised checkout hours. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this lodging unless you really need a kitchen and are okay with minimal cookware."

The proximity to Pontal beach is surprising, from the door of the loft walking less than 1 minute will already be on the sand of Praia do Pontal, one of the most beautiful in Arraial do Cabo.

* The swimming pool and the BBQ area with sea view on the terrace are shared only with our other Lofts, the other condominium properties do not have access to these resources. The pool is about 4 m long and 2 m wide, we prefer to inform this measure in the listing because some guests imagine by the photo that it is a much larger pool.

There is a kiosk on the beach right in front and other several options on the beach walking about 300 meters on the right by the sand, with umbrella, table, chair, portions and drinks.

In the neighborhood there is a bakery/grocery at 800 meters (which even delivers for free any product at the accommodation), a restaurant at 800 meters, a hamburgerery at 1.3 km and a grocery store 2.4 km in the neighboring neighborhood (Roguete). The same neighbourhood has good options for bars and restaurants. The Extra de Cabo Frio delivers supermarket purchases on the spot, a few hours after the order (subject to delivery fee).

Our Lofts averages 20 square meters each. Some guests see the photos in the listing, but curiously imagine something bigger than what is depicted. Afterwards they complain that they found it small, so we think it's important to include this information in the listing.

But it is the normal size of most hotel/hostel rooms, has enough space, is comfortable, but without excesses and useless areas.
