However bed was comfy and rooms were clean water was hot and the ensuite had a full size bath . It was good for a one night stay . Pity the tvs are useless though also no food they should link to a local cafe to provide this "

- "The people were wonderful. Tte facilities were horrible. We didn't even ask for a refund. We just left after less than an hour to find a more comfortable place to sleep. Oyo 912 FB Suites was: Dirty: everything about it was dirty. The stairwells were dirty. The front desk was dirty. The rooms were dirty. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Noisy (Karaoke & highway) I requested a room with no windows and I could still clearly hear the karaoke and the highway. I asked how late the karaoke lasts. The answer is 1:00am on a Wednesday. Smelly: the rooms stunk like sewage coming from the bathroom drains. Our room did not have a toilet seat. They told us most of the rooms don't have a toilet seat. Eventually they relocated us to the only room available with a toilet seat. The new room had roaches. That was the reason we finally left. There were roaches in the bedding. The doors to the rooms don't have quality locks. They would be easy even for a non-criminal to bypass. Due to the heat the staff had the fire exit doors open allowing any stranger with the intention of malice easy access to each room. This was my first trip to Cagayan. I was not familiar with the area. This hotel is located on the very edge of town 30 minutes away from anything. Add 500 pesos to your budget and multiply it by 2 because that's how much you're going to have to pay a taxi to take you to the location and then pick you up and take you back into town."

- "The hotel reception is nice but once we were on our floor the atmosphere changed. There were places which has the lights off and it has a creepy feel on it. We asked for a room for 4 people and another double room. However we were disappointed to find out that both rooms are double standard rooms and they are just going to add 2 more beds. We don't mind that kind of set up if the other room is spacious enough to accommodate 4 beds. But that's not the case. The room was so small that it cannot accommodate the 4th bed. 2 of our friends ended up sharing on a single bed. There was only 1 slipper for each room and the hot shower in one room is not functioning. WiFi is weak in most areas of the room as well. We felt like they needed some renovation as some things looks ancient."

- "Don't recommend staying, search for a different one." - "I had used red doors before so was quite happy to use another one, big mistake! Firstly this place is very difficult to find especially if arriving after dark asked many locals taxis etc, not known. It is down a tiny back alley. The room was dreadful, tiles missing from the bathroom wall, room door when shut showed daylight all around. Tv looked the part but the aerial lead was hanging with no plug. I tried to have a shower but no water. I had to resort to the local method of a bucket of water. Put water in the sink and you get wet feet, fine if you want to wash your feet! No place to hang your towel. No waste bin. Supposed to have place for food / drink but it was not operating while I was there. The staff were not very helpful either. I asked for water the answer was we don’t have. Big ad at the entrance states… mineral water, obviously missed off not available! Admittedly it was a cheap price but even at that it was not worth it. My advice is steer clear of this one."
