The room was spacious and quiet, but dark at night. The pillows were too soft/flat. You can’t drink the water yet you only get two small water bottles, then you have to pay 2,500 XAF per small bottle. Carpet looked worn down. We went to the rooftop our first night and not a single waitress or other member of staff gave us a menu until 20 or so minutes of being there and then same problem trying to order so we left. The lady by the elevator then asked why we were leaving and when I explained she put her hands to her cheeks and said “O La La”… Breakfast was nice and so was the service in the restaurant. Internet was so bad that we stopped trying and bought data packages. "
