- "Wonderful stay. During the trip, my wife fell ill (the flu). As we waited in the lobby, the woman in the front desk asked her if she could prepare a cup of tea. That detail and extra attention is what made this hotel stand out from others we stayed on our multi city Italian trip. " - "Everything was good.
