Own shuttle bus? cooperation with a taxi company? at 11.30 we approached again, as we didn't dare wait after the receptionist said they didn't know if we could get a taxi. They ordered a taxi and we were picked up 20 minutes later.. we Were at the airport over 2 hours before we had to because of this and honestly the hotel should have better service and advice. Maybe a collab with a taxi service, shuttle etc"
