Tirrenia is very nice and quiet little place, but have many good resturants along the beach. It is also a quick drive to the city of Pisa, where you can reach the train to for example Florence in 40 minutes (expresstrain). We can really reccomend this place :)"

We did notice the smell from the stream running past the backside of the house, but since we were aware of it beforehand, and since you did not notice it in the front side of the house, it was no issue at all. Eva is very kind, responsive and helpful. She always answered every message very quickly and responded to any question or query. The bonus of this house is truly its atmosphere and the history that Eva has been so kind as to describe in a short text available in the house. A history that echoes in the decoration of the house and the surrounding area. The situation is also good with several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive and the Tower of Pisa very closeby, reachable by foot or by bus."

Villa Amace has three floors: on the ground floor is a big open-plan area, with large openable windows, composed of the living area with TV corner and communicating with the brightly-lit kitchen, the dining room, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and a guest bathroom, in addition to the laundry area. Upstairs is the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with king size bed, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub. From the ground floor a flight of stairs leads down to the games room with billiard table, card table, bar video game, Technogym spinning bike and a smart-TV with sofa. The entirely fenced garden of the property extends on four sides and is totally flat, in part planted with lawn and in part paved with resin slats with, in the centre, the swimming pool and the adjacent areas dedicated to the living and dining areas, all shaded by an automatically extending roof. The entire perimeter of the garden is bordered by a high laurel hedge to guarantee your privacy.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular infinity pool, which measures 6 x 12 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 2.30 m, is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has salt purification, internal lighting, three hydromassage jets and Roman steps on the short side for access to the water. The pool area is completed by a hot and cold-water shower, sunbeds and an electric shading cover. It is possible to use the swimming pool from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
