It is also a quick drive to the city of Pisa, where you can reach the train to for example Florence in 40 minutes (expresstrain). We can really reccomend this place :)"

We did notice the smell from the stream running past the backside of the house, but since we were aware of it beforehand, and since you did not notice it in the front side of the house, it was no issue at all. Eva is very kind, responsive and helpful. She always answered every message very quickly and responded to any question or query. The bonus of this house is truly its atmosphere and the history that Eva has been so kind as to describe in a short text available in the house. A history that echoes in the decoration of the house and the surrounding area. The situation is also good with several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive and the Tower of Pisa very closeby, reachable by foot or by bus."
