Villino Cecilia is a detached villa built all on one level situated in a quiet residential area of Marina di Pietrasanta called Fiumetto a few meters from the sea.
Relaxation is guaranteed in a well prepared with all the amenities. The villa has a large driveway where up to three cars can be left. It is 250 meters from the sea so do not even need the bike to go to the beach!

The house consists of a modern kitchen equipped with everything needed for longer stays, a living area with a dining table and a living room with a glass door that opens onto the beautiful veranda with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining.
A corridor then leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and 2 modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and a washing machine.

The large terrace placed in front of the living room with views of the garden and especially the magnificent magnolia offers a wonderful place to eat al fresco during the warm months. We first went to their office and picked-up the key, they introduced us to the house with all the details and info we needed. They respond really quick to any question, they offer solutions and give you additional info or advice if you need. The communication was flawless. The house is perfect, we were 6 friends and it was just what we needed. It's close to the sea, close to the the center of Marina di Pietrasanta (further from Pietrasanta, but not with much) and still in a quiet area, surrounded by other beautiful houses. It does not have AC, but except from that it is equipped with anything you might need or desire. It has a dishwasher which is great, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine which was a beautiful surprise for us (we love coffee). The oven, the microwave and all the tableware available complete the perfect kitchen. The terrace is amazing, perfect for breakfast, the bathrooms are spacious and the entire house is very clean. The garbage has a special treatment and you need a training to follow the rules for it (where to put each type, when to take it out, what bags or bins to use) but you get used to it in time and it works. Overall, we totally recommend this house and if we re-visit the area we will want to stay there again! Thank you!"

- "We found everything as advertised. The house offers a lot of space und the pool and garden are enormous, too. Fall probably is not the best time to stay there. We had no luck with the weather so the house was quite cold. By law the heating system must not be engaged before mid-October. Giovanni set us up with wood for the fireplace so we could enjoy nice evenings by the fire. Other than that there are no complaints. The neighborhood is gated and really quiet. You will find lots of privacy in the garden. The kitchen's equipment allows some basic cooking, but who wants to cook for themselves when there are lots of good restaurants all over the place? The TV is outdated though since it does not feature any modern connections. The Wifi on the other hand worked extremely well - 4 persons streaming Netflix at the same time. We can only imagine how the house would be in summer with nice weather and everything open! We need to come and see for ourselves in the future."

Set within the Pineta Varenna, a completely-enclosed private park with various entrances for the sole use of those who reside there, is Villa La Meridiana. Villa La Meridiana has three floors. Up five steps from the entrance, you come to the living area with, on the left, the dining area with table and chairs and, behind it, the sofa and TV area in front of which is the eat-in kitchen. To the right of the entrance is a small bedroom with a single bed suitable for children and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, reached by a stone staircase, is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub. Continuing up the stairs to the attic floor, you come to another double bedroom with the french size bed and bathroom with shower.

Park:
The park surrounding the villa covers about 1000 sqm and is very well maintained, partly lawn with pines and holm oaks as well as bushes of typical Mediterranean plants and flowers. Behind the villa is the laundry area and a brick-built barbecue. Facing onto the park are two porticos, one set up with table and chairs for alfresco dining and the other with large sofas and armchairs for total relaxation.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October of rectangular shape and PVC TOUCH internal lining, measuring 12 x 4 m with a depth of 1.50m and facilitated access through internal steps all along its short side. The surrounding solarium is set up with sun loungers and umbrellas. Purification is in salt.
