This lone-standing villa of 180 m² (1960 ft²) was renovated to the highest standards. Situated among organic olive groves on the hills above the city of Camaiore, you will enjoy an open view across the valley to the sea. The paved road leading to the house narrows in the last kilometre.Our other villa is called Casa Greta (# 750198) and stands at 50m.
The ground floor is comprised of the living room with open fireplace, 50" flatscreen SmartTV and DVD player, wireless high speed DSL connection, SONOS sound system , a professionally-equipped kitchen with dining table. Attached is the veranda with a sofa bed and a pull-out bed, en suitebathroom with shower and laundry room with washer and dryer. A covered pergola accommodates dining for up to 10 people. In addition, a gas BBQ and wooden grill at 5m from the house.
The upstairs consists of two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with shower and bathtub with whirlpool. Fifteen meters from the main house is the dependance/pool house of 30m² ( 350 ft² ) with a double bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower, kitchenette and trellised patio.
The pool (12m x 4m) has a saline filtering system.

The Agriturismo is a originally a nineteenth century hamlet has recently been restored to its former splendour.The house covers an area of 350 square metres: On the ground floor in the highly equipped professional kitchen we find a steam convection oven, microwave, blast chiller, fridge, freezer, washing machine, mixer and other hi-tech electro domestic equipment. Continuing, we can visit the ample 45 square metre dining room with an open fire, the lounge with LCD satellite TV and open fire, a spa with a 2 metre Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath and a bathroom. On the first floor we have four bedrooms two of which with en suite showers and two with en suite baths, all with 26” satellite lcd TV. The entire house is furnished with antiques and fast internet connection is available in all bedrooms, as well as heating and dehumidifying air conditioning and a central vacuum cleaning system. On the first floor you will find a huge living area with two fireplaces, a large dining room, a professionally equipped kitchen connected to a covered pergola for outside eating and a wood and gas grill system. The master bedroom with master bathroom are located on the second floor . The master bathroom is also equipped with a home gym equipment by Technogym, professional Spazio Forma treadmill, and the Kinesis Personal Vision equipment for improving the basic skills of resistance, balance, strength, and flexibility. Flat Tv with Satellite, wireless adsl connection in all rooms. A beautiful garden and two acres of olive trees belonging to the property surround the villa. The pool size, 16 meters x 5 meters allows you to exercise and swim. The property is gated and alarmed. Because the Villa is built on three floors and has many stairs, as well as a pool with a depth ranging from120/180, we do not recommend for children from 12 to 48 months. The property is 1 mile away from the Camaiore village center and five miles from the seaside. Casa Tua is a beautiful villa located on the top of a hill with an impressive view of the valley and of the sea. The street to reach Casa Tua gets narrower in the last half a mile, with a couple of curves where if you have a big car you should do some steering manoeuvers. While all kind of cars could reach the villa, we suggest, if you want an easier and handier driving, to rent mid size cars.

The view and property were beautiful, the surrounding towns were perfect to visit (with banks, markets, and restaurants), and this was a short drive to Lucca which we made a trip to nearly every day. We would absolutely stay here again and our only regret was not inviting Sheila over for wine!"

- "Was für eine schöner Platz, um den Urlaub zu verbringen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt und bis ins Detail durchdacht worden. So gibt es für jeden Sonnenstand eine Terrasse (eine mit traumhaftem Meerblick), die Liegen im Garten sind bequem, die Ausstattung ist umfangreich (z.B. wichtige Mückennetze überall, dt. TV u.v.m.). Das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt, so dass unser Hund frei umherlaufen konnte. Durch die Lage auf dem Berg ist man zum einen völlig unter sich (niemand kann das Grundstück einsehen) und wir konnten die Hitze sehr gut aushalten, da immer ein Lüftchen wehte. Eine Klimaanlage hat somit eigentlich nicht gefehlt, nur vielleicht im Kinderschlafzimmer, das sich doch aufgeheizt hat. Ein kleines "Aber" gibt es dennoch: Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man immer eine kurvenreiche Bergstraße von ca. 10 Minuten bis zum nächsten Ort im Tal (Camaiore - unbedingt als Wegepunkt im Navi eingeben, sonst geht es über eine viel längere Bergstraße!) bewältigen muss. Die kleine Dorfmitte von Pedona erreicht man von der Unterkunft über einen 5 minütigen steilen (aber zu bewältigenden) Bergweg. Dort gibt es dann einen Mini-Markt mit leckeren Brötchen (eine Sorte) und das Nötigste an Lebensmittel. Auch eine urige Pizzeria gibt es dort. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt und nicht einfach. Letztlich ist das der Preis für die Berglage, wo nach unserer Ansicht aber die Vorteile überwiegen. Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder - 12 und 17 Jahre, 1 Hund) haben somit den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft - auch wegen der netten und unkomplizierten Vermieter - auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! There is a terrace for every position of the sun (one with a fantastic sea view), the sunbeds in the garden are comfortable, the equipment is extensive (e.g. important mosquito nets everywhere, German TV and much more). The area is completely fenced, so that our dog could run around freely. Because of the location on the hill, you are completely alone (no one can see the property) and we could stand the heat very well, because there was always a breeze. We didn't really need air conditioning, except perhaps in the children's bedroom, which did heat up. However, there is one small "but": You should be aware that you always ..."

Casa Melograno, the perfect place too escape to. Built around 1690, it's been painstakingly restored and retains many of the original features including chestnut beams and terracotta floor tiles, which are the hallmarks of traditional Tuscan houses of that period. The village of Gombitelli is very old and from a time long before even horse
