Upon request and at no additional cost, we will provide you with a camping cot, a high chair, a mini table with three high chairs, cutlery, glasses and colored plastic dishes to make the kids' lunch more fun. The TV is SMART, with wi-fi internet connection, to watch their favorite videos on Youtube or connect to Netflix (account not included). Finally, I must point out that, being the villa in a protected area, the last stretch of access road (about 2/300 meters) is not asphalted but is practicable by any type of car.

In Elba Island, right by the sea, this holiday house is located in a quiet and exclusive area, overlooking one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island. 20 meters far from the sea, direct access to the private area on the sea from the Mediterranean garden. This two-level villa is ideal for the holiday of large families with children, during summertime or wintertime. It is located on the North coast, it is exposed to the West, therefore it is perfectly sunny throughout the day, until sunset. The sea can be reached directly from the garden, the sandy beach is 2 minute walk away.
The property includes the main villa of great charm, with six bedrooms (for a total of 14 people) and four bathrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious living room; from the large panoramic terrace you reach a completely independent dependance with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom (for 3 people). - "The property is really wonderful and unique - not many houses have direct, private sea access in amazing clear water (think Sardegna) and incredible views from some elevation. We really enjoyed being able to hop in the water from our private deck and then walk - as the sea is very shallow - to the beach ~30 meters away (you can also just walk 3 min down the hill directly to the public beach area). We also liked that the town/beach of Procchio is just a 5-10 min walk down the hill in the other direction if you're in need of a bigger, more equipped beach and don't want to drive. There are also some great restaurants/bakeries/etc in town. The house itself was super clean and very well equipped with good internet, great kitchen/bbq and tons of sleeping space. The "dependance" apartment was also great for a couple/small family seeking some added privacy - it has just been redone and is very comfortable. The views really are amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. Finally, Gioia is an excellent host - she was super responsive from booking and throughout our entire stay. We had almost no issues but anything that came up she dealt with immediately. Irina cleans the house and was also available. Stunning views + easy access to swimming + lots of space for large groups + walk to town + great host = this place."

- "Simona and Luigi are really wonderful hosts. Friendly, accommodating and responsive to everything with lightning fast replies. We had a really wonderful week with our children. My wife and I spent most of our time on the fantastic terrace and having dinner there at sunset is a highlight! The house is a bit off the beaten path (many switchbacks to drive), but you have peace and quiet and no crowded beach. The house is simple, clean and you really have everything you need. The air conditioning works perfectly. The barbecue in the garden gave us a few great dinners with fresh fish. The way to the beach is short and reserved deckchairs are waiting there (to set up yourself). The only restaurant on the beach is very good and has high prices, especially for dinner, but those who have a terrace like that prefer to eat at home. We just got pizza once and ate it on the terrace. The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes away in Rio Marina (Coop). There is also the fish shop "Pescheria Onda Marina". There we bought very good fish at good prices. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back! Thank you Simona and Luigi!!"
