Perfect for 2 families, it offers common space to stay together, a swimming pool and a terrace with gazebo, plus private areas. External Area and Swimming Pool
The external area is made up of a 700 sq. m. garden, completely fenced, which surrounds the house on three sides. The private swimming pool is 7 metres by 4 with a depth of 0.8-1.6 metres and is in front of one of the barns. The other barn has a large panoramic terrace with gazebo and a table, chairs, wood oven and stone barbecue for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.

- "Gorgeous house situated on a working vineyard and olive oil plantation in Tuscany. House is beautifully decorated and incredibly well situated for touring Tuscany. Owners and support staff are incredibly nice and very attentive. They go above and beyond--very willing to help with anything that you need. Be sure to ask about their food shopping service and the chef--as both are well worth the money. Both of these things made arrival incredibly easy. Also, they will give you a tour of the vineyard if you ask which is lots of fun for all. The only surprise came at check-out when we received the bill for the electric. - "10 of us ages ranging from 11 to 63 had a fantastic week. The accommodation and facilities were superb. We enjoyed using the pizza oven, the barbecue and ,of course, the pool. The views were magnificent and the owners were very helpful. We are now planning our return visit.The local town has supermarkets, bakeries and an excellent gelateria. It is rare to find a villa with 6 double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. This enabled 4 couple and 3 children to sleep harmoniously. The kitchen facilities enabled us to cook together every day. The sitting areas were very comfortable. The villa is well situated for visits to Florence and Siena as well as the smaller Tuscan towns. The villa was very clean when we arrived. We arranged a clean halfway through our week, and the cleaning team were delightful. The pool was ideal for a family with a good shallow end. There were plenty of loungers and a good shaded area with a table. Every morning the owner's team were cleaning the pool and the surrounding areas. Nothing was too much trouble for them."

- "We had a wonderful week at Tenuta Il Tresto. I wanted to stay in Tuscany but preferred not to drive. I chose Poggibonsi as a central town to many others from which we could travel to by bus or train. This worked very well, however I must say my friend and I are walkers. Tenuta Il Tresto is about 30 minutes walk from the train station, and is on a hill so going down was easier. It is fine if you have a car and the roads were good and the traffic not nearly as bad as I experienced on the coast in Italy previously. Our stay was fantastic. Host Gabriel collected us from the train station and showed us around. The apartment is rustic, not high on mod-cons, but has everything you need. Two spacious double bedrooms, a living area, bathroom and a kitchen where we cooked on a few nights. Breakfast was offered in the dining room in another building which was beautiful. A buffet continental breakfast, and the lovely Nicoletta made omelettes to order, and great coffee. We had this a few mornings. We also had a lovely dinner there on our first night which can be done by arrangement. Laundry facilities are available for a small charge. The grounds are beautiful, everything I dreamed of in a Tuscan property – various old buildings set amongst gorgeous gardens, vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees and a pool. We travelled to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni, all day trips by train or bus, or could be done by car. The town of Poggibonsi, despite being bombed during World War 2, still retains some of its old buildings, and was good to walk around. Gabriel and Nicoletta were very friendly and welcoming hosts. (We didn’t meet Martina).Gabriel took us back to the train station when we left, dropped us at a restaurant one night when we couldn’t get a taxi – and if you need one try Gianni on 0039 339 4497 423 – a very helpful taxi driver who spoke English. Also Marco 0039 339 899 8667. We dined out in Poggibonsi twice – one night we tried to go to Osteria da Camillo, which was recommended to us, but it was closed so we went to the bar/restaurant opposite it. I can’t remember its name but it was very nice. We also had an amazing night at Al Cassero Osteria which is set in a castle on a hill. The food was fantastic, the staff so friendly and helpful, great views – our best meal while we were away- very special. I highly recommend Tenuta Il Tresto. We did not want to leave."

- "We really loved our stay and I highly recommend this place for larger groups who still need some privacy. There are a few finishing touches that can be improved but all in all excellent. Got really great meals from chef Virna and owner Natale was quick to respond as well as others. Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The villa has a large garden with a lovely lawn and stone walls, hedges and flowering bushes. On one side of the lawn you will find the swimming pool, with a curious shape, with a depth of 0.5-1.4 metres. Elegant wood flooring surrounds the pool and you will also find sunbeds and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side there is an arbour with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and a small construction with a wood oven and stone barbecue perfect for making pizza. Villa Belvedere has been carefully restored not long ago, mixing the traditional aspects of a Tuscan country house with new materials and light colours. The bathrooms, all different from each other, are original and practical. The main house is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace, the modern, fully equipped kitchen, the dining room with a large table for 12 people, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled persons), a small bathroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will immediately notice the wood flooring, with two double bedrooms each with bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two beds with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bathroom with shower which is also accessible from the ancient outdoor staircase.
The annex has an interesting structure and is spacious and bright, with large windows without curtains which make it feel like a large indoor garden. The first floor is a loft above the living room which has a large double bed in the middle, while on the other side of a partition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub with hydromassage and underwater lighting. The windows are typical of an ancient barn and let light enter, but you can’t face them and they can’t be seen from outside. This is ideal for those who like being woken by sunlight.

This splendid villa is on a hill in Chianti and is part of a large farm which produces excellent, well-known wines. All around are olive groves and vineyards which creating a beautiful view. The villa is isolated from the main part of the farm and is perfect for admiring the surrounding panorama.
