The structure is recently renovated, comfortable and welcoming as our guests define it today. Natural stone on the outside, carefully furnished on the inside, combining Tuscan style with modern restorations and recoveries.

Next to the living room there is the kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, a stove with an electric ring and four gas rings, an extractor fan, a sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and access to one of the loggias. The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

The Casentino valley is close to Florence, which is at a 90 minute drive from the house. In the other direction you will find the town of Arezzo. Every first weekend of the month, the famous antique market takes place here. A visit is definitely worth it!

The houses have several terraces so you can sit in the sun, but also in the shade if you need it. From these terraces you also have a beautiful view on the castle of the medieval town Poppi. Beautiful detached villa with private pool, in the heart of Tuscany a few kilometers from Florence, located 470 m. s.l.m.
The villa is spread over an area of 140 square meters, divided into three elegant rooms with private bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. Inside the main entrance on the left leads to the large living room, furnished with antique sofas, fireplace, satellite TV and card table. For lunch there is to be consumed within an extendable table placed near the stone wall. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen equipped with electric oven and microwave, electric cooker with four ring hob, extractor, sink, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and direct access to one of the two galleries. Obtained from an old Tuscan farmhouse of rural origin, located in a wonderful setting in the heart of the Casentino, Villa La Cornice looks like an elegant outpost with a view of the world.
On the outside, some details enrich a whole made up of harmonious geometries that blend well with the surrounding landscape. - "The accommodation grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. The barbecue and pizza oven were excellent and were cleaned daily. However, the accommodation is a bit tired. There were leaks in the roof of the kitchen and the boiler in one of accommodations failed twice leaving the bathroom with no hot water. The host was quick to respond to queries and arranged padel courts for us.We used the heating on 4 days as the weather was inclement but found it very expensive. We were charged 295 Euros.Make sure you read the booking conditions.The pool was in a gorgeous setting but was too cold to use in April.Check out at 9 am seemed very early and cleaning staff arrived earlier than that."
