I had concerns about parking in Lucca and when I phoned the day before arrival they made sure that I could park my car safely and close to the hotel, which, to be fair, cost 25 euros a night, but it was worth it to have a safe and monitored parking space for my car. An extra mention goes to Roberto, who served us so incredibly kindly at the bar and at breakfast and gave us such a nice goodbye. We will gladly come back another time. "
