The room was comfortable and breakfast was great, my wife is vegan and Stefano and Massimo made sure there was always plenty of options available. Thanks Hotel Da Vinci!" - "Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The set evening meal was in a different hotel across the road and very poor. No one eating in there says it all. The manager was however very apologetic and did not charge us. Hopefully they can put this right. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful."

Comfortable linen and beds, excellent reading lights, some TV channels in English, a small bar fridge, great air con, huge bathroom with excellent Grohe shower and a lovely balcony on all rooms. The street is quiet and yet a very walkable area and only a few minutes to main shops.
