- "Amazing stay in the Hotel Da Vinci the staff were excellent with us, nothing was a problem for them. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great, my wife is vegan and Stefano and Massimo made sure there was always plenty of options available. Thanks Hotel Da Vinci!" - "Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The set evening meal was in a different hotel across the road and very poor. No one eating in there says it all. The manager was however very apologetic and did not charge us. Hopefully they can put this right. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful."

- "My stay was much better than anticipated. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Comfortable linen and beds, excellent reading lights, some TV channels in English, a small bar fridge, great air con, huge bathroom with excellent Grohe shower and a lovely balcony on all rooms. The street is quiet and yet a very walkable area and only a few minutes to main shops. I ate dinner during my stay and was very impressed with the variety and the dishes (except for poor salad bar offerings). Breakfast also had large variety of foods available. Zero issues with wifi. Great having a Bar and restaurant on site after a long day of sightseeing plus a working elevator. All the staff were very kind and helpful and nothing seemed like a bother for them. Great value and a great find. "

He made several great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and pleasnatly served. The bed wsn't the comfiest, but not too bad. The location is very handy too. The free parking 5 minutes walk away wa easy and convenient to.
