The bathroom had a leakage from shower. There was a towel kept on the towel purposefully. When I took a shower, I saw lots of water coming out to the floor. I reported it to the lady at the front desk she said that every room is like that. I realized that she didn’t want to hear me. The next day it was a lot of water coming out, I again reported it to front desk and told her the leaking would damage the building and then immediately she sent someone to fix it. I would recommend this hotel. Even though it is located far away from Florence, it is a quiet place. "

The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious with a choice of chocolate croissants, ham, cheese, toast, wonderful yogurt and delicious condiments etc. The hotel is about a 35 min. bus ride into Florence and you can get the tickets right at the front desk.
