I highly recommend staying here for any extended stay rather than any beach resort. I mean sure the beaches are amazing for a couple days, but much more variety in the city and you can always get a taxi to enjoy a day at the beach. Plus, they will get you from the airport and back hassle free! "

-In the event that any of the items contained within the premises are found to be damaged, broken, or missing, it is incumbent upon the tenant to either replace said items or provide compensation for their value.

-Please be advised that there will be an additional fee incurred for any supplementary linens that are requested above and beyond the standard set provided, which may include but is not limited to towels, bedsheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and blankets. The extra charges applicable for each individual item are as follows: 30php for a set of two towels, 50php for one bedsheet, 30php for a set of four pillowcases, and 50php for one blanket.


In addition, If any type of stain, whether it be food, drink, bodily fluid or other substance, is discovered on the linens provided for use by guests, there will be an additional charge incurred to cover the costs associated with cleaning and/or replacing said linens.

-It is strictly prohibited to engage in any form of vandalism on the premises. Any individual found guilty of committing such acts will be subject to a fine of 10,000php.

-Lastly, absolutely no smoking inside the room, no drugs, gambling, physical altercations, or excessive noise disturbances are permitted within this establishment.
