The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. The couch was a utilitarian brick - not comfortable at all, but the rest of the room was comfortable. It also provides free bottled water, soft drinks, instant coffee, tea, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner and body soap from a bottle dispenser, etc... though the handsoap at the sink and bathtub were used, which I find a bit disturbing but I think it is pretty normal in this culture. Having love motel services means their clean up crew works around the clock, which is nice b/c if you are staying multiple days you don't feel pressured to get out of the room before a certain time for the clean up. The only issue, which I had both times, is that though my room was a non-smoking room, the room below me was not. Most days it was fine and every now and then someone smoked in the bathroom below. However, once in a while you get a chain smoker below you and it pretty much stinks up your room for the whole night. To the Brown Dot staff: Remember, smoke rises upward."
