Next-door to us there was someone who booked the room as a single guest but unknown to the hotel her family with four children under 5 were visiting. Needless to say as children do they ran back-and-forth across the area in front of our room. When we complained about this, and the staff graciously moved us to a quieter area, but not until the following day. The new room was also a ground floor patio room with a nice view of the garden and a peekaboo view of the ocean. The restaurant at the hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet every day and was actually a good place to eat for dinner as well. The staff were all professional and friendly. The caution I would have is to check the location of your patio. On the ground floor half of the patio rooms face the outdoor seating area of the bar!"

Travel by public transport
From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting to the Central Station which operate in each terminal approximately every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from the Central Station towards Genoa-La Spezia, stopping in Chiavari (approximately two and a half hours' journey).
Chiavari train station is about 300 meters away on foot and can therefore be reached in a few minutes on foot.

From Pisa Galilei airport
Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that directly connect the airport to Pisa Central Station. Operating every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (approximately 5 minute journey)
From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Chiavari (an hour and a half journey with intercity, two and a half with regional trains).
Chiavari train station is about 300 meters away on foot and can therefore be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Travel by public transport
From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting to the Central Station which operate in each terminal approximately every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from the Central Station towards Genoa-La Spezia, stopping in Chiavari (approximately two and a half hours' journey).
Chiavari train station is about 300 meters away on foot and can therefore be reached in a few minutes on foot.

From Pisa Galilei airport
Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that directly connect the airport to Pisa Central Station. Operating every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (approximately 5 minute journey)
From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Chiavari (an hour and a half journey with intercity, two and a half with regional trains).
Chiavari train station is about 300 meters away on foot and can therefore be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Ideal accommodation for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio, to visit the city but also the nearby towns of Portofino and Santa Margherita, Sestri Levante, Moneglia up to the Cinque Terre, an hour's journey away. A few steps from the historic center and the beach, equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi.

The space
The North East Room is located inside the Sara Home guest house, in the heart of Chiavari, in a street parallel to Corso Valparaiso, the beautiful seaside promenade. All you have to do to get to the beaches is go through an underpass and you will be there in less than five minutes on foot.

You can use the elevator to go up to the first floor, where you will find the entrance to the room. The environment is modern and relaxing, with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, which can be used as a work area if you need it.

There is also a Smart TV, a mini fridge in the room, an electric kettle and cups.
The bathroom is private inside the room and is complete with bathroom fixtures and a bathtub with hydromassage function, which can also be used as a shower.

You will also find a usable safe for your personal items.

Free Wi-Fi is available.
The room is equipped with air conditioning which can also be used with a heating function in the winter months.

Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and is included in the booking price.

There is no private parking.
You can park along the street or use the large free car park in Colmata a Mare, about 500 meters away.

Animals are not allowed.

For rubbish you will find the bins in front of the entrance.

To guarantee you a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would like to inform you about some details of the structure:

The room is located on the first floor which can be reached by lift.
BEWARE though, before arriving at the elevator entrance you will need to overcome a series of steps.

The main entrance is shared with the guests of the other rooms, while the bedroom and bathroom are private.

It is possible to lock your room with a magnetic card and also use an entry code.

The North Room and the North East Room have a shared corridor outside the rooms which, however, can possibly be closed in order to avoid contact with other guests.

Other things to note
ATTENTION: We can issue invoices but we ask you to request them immediately and in any case no later than 12 days from the check out date otherwise it will no longer be possible for us to proceed.

POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS:
1) Tourist tax
The municipality of Chiavari from JANUARY 1, 2025 applies a tourist tax of €1.00/day per person (up to 7 nights) all year round, which will be collected separately.
