There are only 30 rooms available for rent on the bottom two floors of the large building. We booked a room with the patio thinking that this would guarantee us a good view. Much to our surprise, our patio opened onto the outdoor seating area of the casual bar/restaurant.This hardly felt like a private experience when we were on the patio at dinner time. Next-door to us there was someone who booked the room as a single guest but unknown to the hotel her family with four children under 5 were visiting. Needless to say as children do they ran back-and-forth across the area in front of our room. When we complained about this, and the staff graciously moved us to a quieter area, but not until the following day. The new room was also a ground floor patio room with a nice view of the garden and a peekaboo view of the ocean. The restaurant at the hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet every day and was actually a good place to eat for dinner as well. The staff were all professional and friendly. The caution I would have is to check the location of your patio. On the ground floor half of the patio rooms face the outdoor seating area of the bar!"

"LA PIETRA DEI CANTI ROSSI" is immersed in a luxuriant olive grove on the coast between Chiavari and Zoagli, just over 2 km from the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea and the Portofino promontory.

The villa has just been built and completed in 2019 with particular attention to details and Italian style, to offer our guests a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Particularly recommended for families, it offers maximum tranquility and privacy: an ideal place for those who want to relax on the hills without giving up the sea.

The house is about 150 square meters, plus a large terrace with pergola overlooking the sea, equipped with a table for dining, chairs and sun loungers. In addition there is a large garden with lawn and another terrace with chairs, table and umbrella, ideal for enjoying the first good coffee of the day, in complete privacy, in front of the sea and Portofino.
The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Three rooms, two of which are double rooms that overlook the terrace and one with two single beds, all with sea views. A cot / crib, a changing table and a high chair are available. Sheets, duvets and pillows are included.
