It is a top floor apartment that has a small balcony and good ventilation. Our hosts were so accommodating they even let us use their garage to store the bicycles we brought with us. In fact, hospitality is their specialty. When Emanuela heard we were arriving by train she and her partner offered to pick us up. Both us and our bikes got a door-to-door chauffeur service both arriving to and leaving from the property. Amazing! In an old mill, used in the past to press the olives of our land, and just finished restructuring with care, passion and attention to detail, we will be happy to accommodate you in an apartment consisting of two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette.
Outdoor garden equipped with table, chairs, umbrella to enjoy lunches and dinners in the open air and deck chairs to relax in the sun.
The house has a large private car park which leads to the property with a short and comfortable staircase.
The house is in a quiet and sunny position about 1.2 km from the center of Casarza Ligure and about 7 minutes by car from the Sestri Levante motorway exit.
The beaches of Sestri Levante and Riva Trigoso are about 10 minutes by car or bus or easily reachable even with the bike path that starts from the center of Casarza Ligure.
In addition, in ten minutes you can also reach the Sestri Levante train station from which to go on trips to Genoa, characteristic for its historic center and the Aquarium, Camogli and the 5 Terre, which can also be reached by boat departing from the small port of Sestri Levante from which you can also leave for Portofino and S. We took the Card of Trainitalia for 2 days and we were able to visit the five villages and take a nice hike from Vernazza to Corniglia. These days were quite intense and it was lovely to come back to Paola's place to rest our poor feet and knees...The appartement is brand new and adorable, super clean and convenient. The weather was not warm enough for us to dip a toe in the beautiful swimming pool, unfortunately. It's the best renting we ever had! Paola and her husband are very friendly too. Located in the small fisherman's village of Camogli, today considered one of the most elegant destinations on the Riviera Ligure, just a few km away from Portofino and the Cinque Terre.
A wonderful little apartment furnished with taste, right ver the sea, with a view both on the fisherman's port and the wide open sea. It is about 60 squared meters, with one bedroom, a living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. All comforts are included: air conditioning, internet, television, stereo etc. The beach is only 50m away, and so are all the tiny restaurants and shops of the town. I love this romantic little house very much: it is where my children were conceived, so I am only prepared to rent it to very serious people. Ideal for couples wishing to spend a romantic time and exploring the environs.

- "The apartment was lovely, and in a great location!" - "Everything about this flat was terrific, from the booking process, an immediate telephone consultation with the owner, Consuelo (at her suggestion), and terrific guidance closer to the date about where to collect keys, etc. And then the flat itself, which is spacious, remarkably clean and well appointed, and full of colourful, whimsical, and wonderfully practical design touches. We spent five nights, and every day we discovered additional, thoughtful design touches. Even the clothes hangars are interesting. The linens are excellent quality, the appliances all seem new, and one generally has the impression of a place the owner might choose to live in herself. Then there is Camogli itself, which is a beautifully situated jewel on the Ligurian coast. The town bustles with tourists but is not over-run. One can relax and stroll about without a sense of crowding. There are excellent restaurants (“Sa” was our favourite). The views from every vantage point are breathtaking, and none better than out the windows of this flat. The only drawback we can see is that there are some formidable stairs to climb to reach the flat. We are 65+, though, and managed to get up and down with our (somewhat excessive) luggage without a problem. We would go back and do it all again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Consuelo!"
