- "I want to say Thank you to our hostess. She communicated perfectly prior to my arrival and was kind enough to wait for us to meet her and take us up to the house. Upon arriving, a wine bottle was set on the table with some bread on the table as a gift, I loved that detail. The house is super extra clean and all the necessary house items are available. The place location is right in front of the beach area and hiking trails. A parking spot was available for our car rental. A bus stop is next to the house which we didn’t use but it’s there as an option. Upon leaving, the hostess took the time to meet us and said goodbye. We only accept a minimum stay of 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.

The villa is surrounded by eight hectares of olive grove, completely fenced.
On each floor there are two double rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which allows two families of four to live together in perfect privacy. There is also an additional bedroom with bathroom on the first floor, that can be opened on request for an additional fee.
For small guests, three cots and highchairs are available.
It is fantastic to relax around the pool or on the deck after an excursion in the nearby "Cinque Terre", whilst barbecuing or playing ping pong.
The village is only a 15 minutes walk away down the hill, a little more up the hill!
Should you prefer to use the car, there is a garage at your disposal in the village.

The house, the pool and the garden are at your full disposal with the exception of two looked rooms which are used only by owners.

To reach Moneglia by car, exit the A12 at Sestri Levante, go east following the SS1 for a few kilometers until you get to Riva Trigoso. At this point you have two options: travel up the pass of Bracco (Passo del Bracco) and descend to the bay of Moneglia; take the suggestive road of tunnels (strada delle gallerie) which was built on the old costal railway track. This is a one way road and it's governed by a series of traffic lights that change the sense of traffic every 20minutes.
