Small independent house (2 beds, ref. 6828784) which directly overlooks the sea. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine and dining area. It has reserved parking and three external terraces overlooking the sea. It is located outside the village of Bonassola, at the Madonnina della Punta, a panoramic and peaceful area. You can reach the village and the beach with a walk of about 10 minutes. In summer there is a bus service.

- "We, a family of two adults and two small children, stayed two weeks in this house in August 2017 and had a great time . First of all, we found the house and location to be almost exactly as described and the photos are very indicative of the place. The owner/hostess was very helpfull and available for all kind of questions prior to and during our stay (safety nets were installed especially for our children, additional information was provided). The house itself gives you a lot of privacy which we enjoyed a lot (apart from the last couple of days when some other tourists in a house nearby decided to play extremely loud music late at night). It has basic furniture which worked wel for us. We only found the bed/mattress to be somewhat uncomfortable (note that the house has three beds, we brought our own babybed). Although the house might not be ideal for small kids, we did not encounter any major downsides. It was very hot during the first days of our stay, so it was pretty warm in the bedroom upstairs. The hostess kindly provided us with a fan so we did not have any trouble sleeping. There are three places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The surroundings are really beautiful. A, short, steep path brings you to the beautiful sea directly (5 min), a 15-min walk (and some stairs) brings you to the beach. Bonassola is a small village with enough facilities (Levanto is the closest more city-like place). You can rent a bike, walk or take the train to other places near the coast. In Bonassola there a some nice places to enjoy some focaccia or have dinner (or just buy some home-made pasta or pesto in the local shop). In conclusion: we would love to return to this house in Bonassola in the near future and enjoy a very relaxed and peaceful vacation! "

It's surprisingly large with plenty of seating and the views are stunning. On a clear day, the mountains of Corsica can be seen. We walked the daily way to town and to the beach. This was quite exhausting in the heat and took about 30 minutes with the children. However, I found this to be acceptable (even for our children) and had a great side effect on our fitness. We left the car the whole time. The property's greatest asset, however, is its remoteness. The tranquility is exactly what makes the holiday so relaxing. At dusk there were also regular encounters with wild boars. This was a fun experience and drove us away from the upper terrace some evenings. The house offers everything you need for everyday life. The keys were handed over on arrival without any problems, the contact was super nice and helpful. Looking back, it can be said that this was one of our best vacations and we would love to come back. Thank you for the great experience, the accommodation and the necessary relaxation."

The lower floor (50 m2) of the Casaqua cottage which has two other upper floors (also available for rent under the name Le Terrazze for 6/8 people) has recently been renovated. From the common entrance terrace, a comfortable spiral staircase leads down to the covered loggia (15 m2) with a pleasant view of the Bonassola bay. At the center of the apartment there is an open space with the kitchen, well equipped for 4 people (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven plus 4 burners, fridge with freezer), the living room with pellet stove: from here you can access to the master bedroom (king size bed) + air conditioning (hot and cold air), the bathroom with shower, the second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed): all the rooms have spacious wardrobes . It is a comfortable and charming accommodation for a small group of people that we rent all year round. Certificate of habitability and energy.
The small ancient village "Costella", enchanting and well preserved, is located 1 km +, with a comfortable road, from the beach, from the rocks, from the town of Bonassola, which is in turn on the edge of the 5 Terre (La Spezia) in the "Baie del Levante" area. Bonassola welcomes nature-loving travelers who want to practice trekking in the Mediterranean scrub, and sea activities in freedom; it is well equipped with shops and restaurants for all budgets and tastes, with private and non-private beach services, albeit in a very simple and peaceful way, surrounded by green hills that descend to the sea, creating a beautiful contrast of colors. Boat excursions to the famous places like Vernazza and Rapallo, Portofino; bicycle tours also in the old tunnels transformed into pedestrian paths towards Levanto and Framura; trips by car to renowned art locations such as Lucca, Pisa, Genoa but also to the discovery of old and picturesque villages in the hinterland.
It is a well-kept and well-kept house because Casaqua is the home of our holidays with children and grandchildren: when we are all, we occupy both the terraces and the charming 50m2. We rent it when we are not there in order to meet maintenance costs and continuous improvements. It is a family home that was born 3 centuries ago, as a branch of my family originates from Bonassola. Lovers of nature and simplicity can enjoy the tranquility of Bonassola, a sea of rocks, a beach with sand and pebbles, beautiful walks, the beautiful colors of the landscape, away from the confusion and noise ...... especially by staying in our house surrounded only by flowers and gardens and beautiful views.

It is always pleasant to welcome guests from other countries and help them get to know the best of my country, albeit in a few days' stay. We do not rent for periods of less than 5 nights because it is not convenient for each other. But it is my concern to meet the needs of travelers to always find a convenient solution for everyone: I always try to personally welcome renters to make insertion easier. I offer for those who wish the service sheets and towels at a cost of 10 euros per person. Final cleaning is paid by the renter E 50. Heating when necessary costs 10 Euros per night.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed the air conditioning!" - "Everything was great with the exception of driveway (too steep and difficult to open and close gate every time you come and go.). Communication with property manager was ok until we were told we owed 120 EU for renting towels and sheets. This has never happened to me when renting through VRBO. That’s a lot of money to “rent” towels and sheets! Not cool. The place was lovely and had what we needed. I sliced the place but was just surprised by the line. Rental fee and steep driveway."
