We arrive the first night in the restaurant at 9 AM having been told that the kitchen closes at 9:30. There was nobody around. Finally someone came out of the back and was fairly rude saying that it's very late and if we wanted to order something we had to do it now, which we did The next morning we came down to breakfast at 9:30 haven't been told it was open till 10. As I walked through the dining room one of the staff stood in the entranceway with your hands on her hips and an unhappy look on her face as we approached. There was all kinds of food laid out but the majority of people had finished eating. this was not a welcome place at all, and yet it was one of the most expensive places we stayed in during our trip around Europe Germany. Value for money – low."
