Check in and room - The check in was quick and smooth. We had booked junior suite but were given a free upgrade to the executive suite. Executive suite was awesome. Although a couple of electrical points didn't work but everything else was top class. Restaurant and room service - We used room service for dinner and had buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Room service was quick and food was delicious. The breakfast had many options including dosa, idli, sambar, poha, aloo-poori, eggs made to order, pancakes, oats, cereal, potato, beans, chicken sausage, salad, breads, muffins, donut, juice, coffee,tea etc. There were even gloves available to wear at the restaurant which is great from covid safety point of view. Staff - The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We stayed twice in this hotel during our travel and would be back without any hesitation whenever we visit Jhansi again.
