However, the team needs a lot of work in terms of service, communication and basic hospitality training. We got a feel that they meant well; however lacked professional training and the soft skills were totally missing. The Regenta parent brand; being a part of Royal Orchid Hotel group, needs to step in and make sure the franchises are training their team as per the "Regenta" corporation standards; as it definitely did not reflect in the services we experienced during our stay.
