Fortunately, we had a charged mobile phone – but it is inexcusable to not have the reception attended during normal business hours. A voice provided the lock box code, which contained 8-10 envelopes for incoming guests. The restaurant was closed, possibly due to a holiday absence – but would not open until several days after we departed. A hot cooked breakfast was available, cooked to order and well done. Wi-Fi was available but limited. Service staff were attentive and helpful, even when the reception was again unattended at checkout time and the cleaner processed the payment for breakfasts. A nice motel, reasonable pricing let down by the lack of presence!!"

- "Location, Location! Loved staying by the river and parkland. Just off the main highway. We stayed in a smaller room on Level One and this had everything we needed. We arrived late afternoon and only stayed two nights. Had it been a longer stay I would definitely book a larger room with a balcony facing the park. One small window in our room faced the entry way for other rooms and the larger window was behind the bed. So no option to just sit in the room and enjoy the scenery. Would definitely recommend but advise clarifying room details first. "

- "Good price for a decent room. Great shower and close to food places " - "I have stayed at this establishment previously and it still has that same feeling after all these years. Check in was a breeze and I felt so welcomed. This made the whole stay that much more enjoyable. The room was big, with the amenities that I needed and the bed was comfortable. No issues with the accomodation but it is on the main road of Dubbo so it was a bit noisy at times. The good thing about that is that it is close to many shops and the main shopping area is close by. My only criticism was the internet to the room was quite slow and not usable at some occasion when I was trying to complete some work. Other than that, this is definitely a place to consider if you are staying in Dubbo."
